What is SnapPro?
SnapPro is a video editing service that transforms your sports footage into professionally branded highlight videos. Whether you’re an athlete, parent, or club, our service helps you showcase talent through dynamic, custom-edited reels.
How do I upload my footage after purchasing a package?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your receipt and a link to log into your account. From there, you’ll be able to upload your footage, manage your account, and access all your submission details in one place.

What’s the difference between SnapBasic and SnapPro?
SnapBasic: A 2-minute highlight video using your timestamped clips. Delivered in 5 business days.
SnapPro: A 4-minute premium highlight video. Our editors select the best clips from your submission. Delivered in 7 business days.
Both include a branded intro and thumbnail featuring your club (if provided) and SnapPro branding.
Do you enhance or animate the footage?
No. SnapPro does not include CGI (Computer-generated imagery), or advanced animations. We focus on clean, professional editing — including cropping, minor colour correction to enhance the look of your footage, highlight overlays, and branding.
Please note that we CAN NOT upscale low-resolution or pixelated videos to 4K, or High Quality.
Can I request revisions after the video is delivered?
Yes, you can request a revision after the video is delivered. However, please note that we only accept revision requests that are reasonable and due to an error on our part.
What kind of files can I upload?
We accept all common video formats, including .mp4, .mov, .avi, and more.
Whether your footage is shared via Google Drive, Veo, Hudl, Vimeo, Dropbox, or any other platform — as long as we can freely access and download the video, you’re good to go!

Do I need to include timestamps?
Only for SnapBasic. You must include exact timestamps for the moments you want featured. For SnapPro, our editors will review and select the best highlights from the footage you provide.
Will you share my video publicly?
We may publish finished videos on our YouTube channel or social media to promote athlete success and showcase our work. If you prefer to keep your video private, simply let us know via the submission form or by emailing support@snappro.com.au.
How do I receive my finished video?
You’ll receive a download link via email once your video is complete — usually within the promised delivery time (5 or 7 business days, depending on your plan).
Can I delete or update my SnapPro account?
Yes. You can update your account details anytime by logging in. To request account deletion, email support@snappro.com.au and we’ll process your request securely.
